Join us on Thursday, 25 September at The Chefs’ Table for our final Food & Wine Pairing Dinner of 2025, featuring the acclaimed Keermont Vineyards. We are delighted to welcome Nicole Killian, Keermont’s National Sales & Marketing Manager, who will guide guests through a curated selection of the estate’s elegant and expressive wines, sharing the stories, philosophy, and craft behind each bottle.
Located in a naturally-formed amphitheatre between the Helderberg and Stellenbosch mountain ranges, Keermont is a specialist wine estate nestled high in the picturesque Blaauwklippen Valley - also known as Paradyskloof (Paradise Valley). All the grapes used in Keermont’s wines are grown on the estate itself. The vineyard parcels thrive in deep red, clay-rich soils derived from sandstone and granite, surrounded by untouched indigenous vegetation. This unique terroir produces wines of distinct character, elegance, and complexity.
Nicole will present a selection of Keermont wines that showcase the diversity and character of the estate, each one thoughtfully paired by Sommelier Karl Rohlandt with a seasonal five-course menu created exclusively for the evening by Executive Chef Mathew Armbruster and Sous Chef Nokwanda Dilinga.
This unforgettable dinner marks the final pairing event of the year, and promises an evening of refined flavours, exceptional wines, and engaging conversation.

The Private Dining Room at The Chefs' Table offers a unique and customisable experience and is a refined setting to enjoy Chef Mathew Armbruster's contemporary cuisine. It is our most intimate and charming space, well suited for parties as small as 6 and as large as 12 guests for a seated lunch or dinner.
We offer a luxurious menu and our sommelier will be on hand to assist with any wine choices.
Whether you are planning a three-course luncheon or an elaborate dinner, our team will be delighted to create a special experience for you and your guests.
It is the perfect space for a special celebration or for a professional meeting. The room has air conditioning, a projector and screen, a sound system, power points and WiFi.

A deposit is required to secure use of the room-this is deducted off your final bill.

We do not provide any décor ourselves.
